9 Sept 07 (Sunday) Yup, I actually failed my 1st attempt in baking at our love nest CCK crescent. Frankly speaking, I have never baked til the cake turns burnt cos i have always been using my mum's oven at her hse... and they always turn out nice .. and just rite....
Feeling excited, I prepared all the ingredients: Butter, sugar, cranberries, vanilla esscence ...
Everything look great and fine but once placed into the oven .... think temp was tad too high ... so i was meddling with the temp.. reduce, increase and reduce... Then ..... as a result... botton a bit burnt and top a bit brown ....
Was so disappointed.. But dar dar was nice enuff to try the cake and told me it was delicious... I am so determined to try baking till i get the right temp set !!!! ANGRY ......
This Fri i will be on leave ... yipeeee ..... and i will conquer my next baking attempt.. not at CCk but at mom's hse .... hahhahaha ya maum i am coming over to make a mess at ur house.. beware ....
