Woke up to a beautiful Saturday and I made Cranberry Hotcakes.... Rainy weather, hot hotcakes with Maple syrup .... oh .. yummy yummy. Well I know, the shape of the hotcakes can be improved. Used hotcake mix **

After our brekki, we headed down to CCK Lot one to do some errands, apply season parking. Dar changed money to Australia and Japan Notes. Before we left, we did some minor shopping in BHG.

Bought 4 pair of really comfy shorts, a pkt of black socks for dar. Feeling all so happy with my purchases, we headed to my mum's house !

What did we do at Mom's hse?
1. Dar went for a swim (as he deperately wanted to get a tan)
2. While he was swimming, I shall attempt my baking again.

Ingredients: Cranberries... Alot of them

2. Cream Butter and Sugar till its soft and whitish in color

3. Tada ! Outcome, Soft Fluffy, buttery cupcakes

As we were going to dar's grandparents' hse later that evening, we pack some for them to try.

Dar tried my cupcakes... and they were gooooood..... heheheh Yes !! Did it !
