1st Sept 07, met up with girlies ... Zoereen, Huishan, Wenli and Ivan and Janet at Cafe Cartel at Plaza Sing at 1.30 pm for lunchie...
As dar had to study for his test for next Fri, I volunteered to make my way from home sweet home to Plaza sing myself. Left hse at 12.30 , thinking the journey will be short, but when reached MRT... oh no .... 13, 14 ,in total there r 16 Stops from Yew Tee to Plaza Sing !!!
Oh no .... i'm goin to be late !!!! was late ...reached there the latest at 1.45pm .... & i was the organiser ... OH MY...
Zoe bought us souveniers from her trip to Australia .... I had a koala bear and dar got a car sign.... thank u zoe ! Koala is sitted nicely at the dashboard of suzuki now..
After which, we migrate to secret recipie to indulge in cakes cakes and more cakes. we all shared the following:
- a brownie with cheese
- a rasberry cheesecake
- a walnut chocolate cream cake
Once again .... tok tok and eat eat..... We said our goodbyes ..... me and zoe shared a cab cos i was going to dar's gong gong hse...
After dinner, accompanied dar to chinatown ppl park complex to shop for his cabin and luggage... realized that OG having 20% sale .... practically the whole shopping centre was having sale...
Straightaway, zoomed to bb section. told myself.. this is it .... if miss tis chance, bb stuff will never be bought.... So based on my memory i went to buy stuff for bb.
Spent like $181 on his stuff........ which of cos include the big item: the Medela Mini Electronic Pump..., some mittens, booteees .... and 2 shirts for bb Isaiah... a blue and white one.
Went home feeling a bit broke .... but worth it !! cos the savings quite alot. then we decided to check out the prices at Kaki Bukit Tml after goin The Rock.
Went Kaki.... checked out prices..... realized that the price were quite similar to OG ..... so we only bought 6 milk bottles (NUK) and a set of winnie the pooh shirt and pants for BB then went straight to OG again for my final purchase.
Bought the remaining items ..... Spent another $ 100 plus ............ OH My .... Isaiah.. Mummy is broke... but looking thru all the stuff we bought for bb ...... felt a sense of relieve... cos we got quite good discounts ...
Now left only my own stuff to buy..... which is quite simple ...
am currently in my 28 weeks ... Its actually the start of my final trimester .... sure hope it will be a smooth sailing one ...
okie.... when i'm free tonite i shall take some pics of bb stuff to show !!
