Made mee siam on monday for my parents .. cos dar din really like it, so i invited my parents over for some while dar is in mel.oh i must say, this gravy is superb and just looking at it now makes me salivate... pa and ma loved it ... shall be making this for dar to try one of these days .. and make him learn to love meeee siaaaam 
came upon a blog where she did this tower of fluffy pancakes.. i ve done so many types of pancakes.. either mix and pour or by my mum's self taught method... but the pancakes are still not as good as macs... so i decided to try this recipie out ... and yup !!! its really fluffy, and soft !! looks like we wont be going to mac tat often for their hotcakes anymore !! dar too is amazed at the softness... look at the tiny pancake on the right? its isaiah's 
isnt it cute?? a stack of hotcakes .. it resembles the annie's hotcakes as seen in the cartoon dibo .... hahahah 
Naomi too had a share of the hotcakes ... cos its homemade and its minimal sugar !needless to say, she loved it
