Today I baked hubs fav cake... Au natural butter cake that uses a blk of butter!! Yikes !!
This is the reason why I seldom or nvr bake butter cake .., cos the amt of butter is a lot!!
Nonetheless this cake is yummy, light n fluffy... Oh I added vanilla seeds too so that explains the black dots...
Oh and thanks to the blogsphere where I freq surf, this recipie is really good cos it's true that it does not crack at all n gives a wonderful flat surface...
