This is the soft cottony cheesecake .. my 2nd attmept and i must say its a sucess this time rd. the other time, the cake wasnt so soft ... Dar said its like the fiesta type.,,,, soft and cottony ! yeah !!! Used 1 pkg of cream cheese and 6 eggs !
